Comprehensive Study Materials

Upon registration, you will receive a course book delivered within 5–7 business days. Our online resources include chapter-by-chapter video lessons and self-grading practice exams. Access these materials with the link and password provided in your confirmation email. For non-English speakers, we offer course books and exams in Spanish, Chinese, and Korean upon request. Our ServSafe® Manager Certification Course offers a variety of language options to ensure accessibility for all participants. The default language for all course materials, including the course book, videos, and exams, is English. However, we understand the importance of catering to diverse linguistic needs. Our bilingual instructor is fluent in both English and Spanish, ensuring a seamless learning experience for Spanish-speaking attendees.

Ensuring that all participants have access to materials in their preferred language is a priority for us. By offering these options, we aim to create an inclusive environment where everyone can effectively prepare for and succeed in the ServSafe® Manager Certification Exam.

Digital-Only Study Material Option

For those who prefer a digital approach to studying, we offer a digital-only registration option. This includes access to our comprehensive online study materials, which feature chapter-by-chapter dictated video lessons and self-grading practice exams. These resources are designed to provide a flexible and interactive learning experience, accessible from anywhere at any time. However, for first-time attendees, we highly recommend opting for the physical course book. The tangible format can enhance understanding and retention, providing a valuable reference tool during your preparation.

The Importance of Food Safety Compliance

Compliance with food safety regulations is crucial for the success and reputation of any food service operation. At Primera Food Safety Service, we emphasize that food safety training is not just about passing an exam—it’s about fostering a culture of safety and responsibility in every aspect of food handling. According to the 2017 Model Food Code with 2025 updates, every retail food facility must have at least one certified food employee with a valid, unexpired certification. This certified individual must be present or accessible during all business hours to ensure ongoing compliance and safety.

By maintaining compliance, you protect your customers and uphold the integrity of your establishment. Our ServSafe® certification courses are designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet these requirements, helping you stay compliant and safeguard public health.

Important Policies for Participants

Our rescheduling policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness. If you need to change your class or exam date within 7 days of the scheduled event, please note that a rescheduling fee of $75.00 will apply. This fee helps us manage resources effectively and accommodate other participants.

All class or exam fees must be utilized within 6 months from the original purchase date. This ensures that you have ample time to complete your certification while allowing us to maintain our schedule efficiently. Please plan accordingly to avoid forfeiting your fees.
